In-Network vs. Out-of-Network
A network is a group of healthcare providers. When an insurance company partners with your dentist, your dentist agrees to a negotiated, much lower rate for your dental services. This is called an in-network provider! When a dentist doesn’t partner with your insurance company, your insurer is charged the full price for their services. This is called an out-of-network dentist.
In-Network Benefits
If you choose to visit an in-network dentist, your insurance company is charged the lower negotiated price for services and you will likely be responsible for a smaller copay and/or a percentage of the cost, depending on what type of coverage you have.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you choose an out-of-network dentist, your insurance company is charged the full price of a visit and you are most likely responsible for a larger portion of the bill or a higher copay. The type of insurance you have will determine how much is covered and the dollar amount you’ll ultimately be responsible for.

At Greater Dental Health, we are in-network with most major forms of insurance and file your claim on your behalf to ensure that you receive your maximum allowable benefits from your insurance company. We maximize your dental insurance benefits by filing claims for you and ensuring you receive full compensation from your insurance provider for services rendered.
If you don't have dental insurance, be sure to ask about our payment plans, which can break down your costs into low monthly payments with no interest fees. We don't want finances to keep you from getting the dental care you need.

More Love this place! I had a first time visit today, I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair. Mya was fantastic, very knowledgeable and curious of my needs. Kim went out of her way to make sure I got a same day appointment - as well as my coverage costs & service fee breakdowns. Dr. Nyguen was extremely fast & efficient. I arrived for my appointment almost an hour early, I was out within 30 minutes. Not to mention the perks they have, toothbrushes packaged with toothpaste in the bathrooms, the two tvs in the room, the super awesome glasses that allow you to block out the sound of the drill while watching tv above you, I could go on. They took precautions due to my pregnancy and even satisfied my hunger need! I highly recommend this office!

More I've been to Greater Dental Health several times in more than six months with a variety of dental issues. At each visit, I feel special. From the reception, to the clinical personnel, to the dentist, everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Nguyen is attentive, he listens, he explains, he let's you share in planning your treatment. Here, they make me feel that they're there for me, not my credit card. And yet, this is not for me only. I guess they treat all their patients the same way. Once you've been to Greater Dental, you're unlikely to want to go elsewhere for dental care.

More I’m a new patient, my first visit and cleaning in a few years, and everything went smoothly. All of the staffs were friendly and helpful. The office is clean and modern. Jen the hygienist was very gentle and thorough during my cleaning and educated me a lot on good oral hygiene practices. It’s also the first cleaning where I was pain free and not literally choking from the sprays. Dr Chyan educated me on my teeth grinding issues and I was fitted for a guard the same day. Overall, great experience!
